CRAFT BREWERS CONFERENCE 2011 Event: 2011 Craft Brewers Conference The boys are back from Nor-Cal with lots of memories, some amazing samples and a grogginess only partly due to jetlag. San Fran has a ton of great brewing history and a truly vibrant beer scene. Their craft brewers are exploding with growth just like the rest of Cal and N. America (yeah - that includes Halifax). As the only area of growth in the beer sector, craft brews are rapidly becoming the new norm. Everyone's talking double-digit growth and expansion ... with 600 new breweries hoping to open this year! What an exciting time to be a brewer and beer drinker. Cheers!
