As a club, they provide weekly runs, connect a supportive community of runners, and have some good fun while having a good workout too. Our regular schedule consists of Wednesday evening runs leaving the designated trail heads at 6:30. We typically have three various speed groups to choose from all with volunteers to help you find your way and your stride. Garrisons Hockey Team Congrats to the boys for winning the Labatt Eastern Regional Championships - again! This is their second consecutive win in this tournament and comes in only their second year as a team.
